We can provide personalised hand-penned calligraphy place cards. Silver heart place card holders can be a treasured memento of your wedding day and will make your table settings look extra special. They can also be used as favours for your guests.



Master of Ceremonies
We are able to supply a Master of Ceremonies. He will introduce guests at the start of the receiving line; announce meals, speeches, toasts and cake cutting. This will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the wedding reception.



Personal consultation to help with writing speeches
Our speech writer will meet with you to discuss aspects of the speech. They will help you decide about suitable topics to be included and discuss speech etiquette. Our writer will then author two speeches that will be sent to the speech maker.



Suit hire
We will arrange appointments with outfitters and  pick up any hired outfits you may have booked and will deliver them to you at a convenient time. We will return hired outfits after the wedding.



Stylist and personal image consultant
We will organise appointments at bridal shops at a convenient time to suit you. Our stylist will be on hand to give impartial advice and will bring out the best in you by offering advice on colouring, body shape, proportions and personal style. This service is also available for bridesmaids, the mother of the bride, the mother of the groom and choosing attire for men.



Website
We can register an appropriate domain name and arrange hosting for a personalised website. We can post photographs, videos and text as to your requirements, subject to copyright.



Piper
We are able to supply an experienced piper for that extra special touch to your wedding.



Childcare
We are able to provide activity bags and entertainment for younger guests. We are also able to offer a crèche facility with qualified staff that have undergone CRB checks.



Wedding list
We can organise a wedding gift service for your guests. We are also able to offer inspirational ideas and have contacts with companies that are able to provide unique gifts such as garden makeovers, honeymoon activities, eco-friendly goods and charities.



Honeymoon
We can offer suggestions based on your budget and wishes. We can carry out research to help you find your ideal destination.



Completion
We can arrange the transport of gifts, be on hand to return hired equipment, return suits to hire shops and ensure that guests receive thank you cards.
