Our services will be tailored to your needs. Here are some ideas for your personal plan.
- From the initial consultation we will draw up a short-list of venues that would suit your requirements. We will draw up a short-list of reputable suppliers for the services that you are interested in.
- We will liaise with the suppliers that you have chosen. We will provide you with a detailed list of requirements and booking details for each supplier and an overview of payment schedules. Three weeks before the wedding we will contact all suppliers and check that everything is going to plan. We will then provide you with a report detailing the suppliers’ progress.
- We will arrange your wedding stationery, which may include: save-the-date cards, wedding day invitations, evening invitations, acceptance cards, order of service booklets, place cards, menus, seating plans and thank you cards
- If required we will manage your guest list for you. We offer a reply service that provides a postal address, telephone number and email address for replies to your invitations. We can manage responses and any queries that your guests may have. You will be informed on a periodic basis of the progress of the list. Any personal messages will be sent directly to you. We will chase any outstanding RSVP’s and let you know final numbers three weeks before the wedding. We offer a guest concierge service that includes meeting your guests, organising travel transfers, booking accommodation and suggestions for dining and entertainment in the area.
- Complete planning service including all of the above. We are able to be on hand, if required, throughout your wedding day. This may include visiting the venue prior to the guests’ arrival to make sure everything is in place, liaising with suppliers and remaining on site for as long as you require up to midnight and later by prior arrangement.
