We will draw up a short-list of suppliers from our knowledge and experience of the services that you are interested in.

We will liaise and arrange contracts with the suppliers that you have chosen. We will provide you with a detailed list of requirements and booking details for each supplier and an overview of payment schedules. Three weeks before the wedding we will contact all suppliers and check that everything is in order. We will then provide you with a report regarding the suppliers’ up to date progress.

We will arrange your wedding stationery, which may include:
- Save the date cards
- Wedding day invitations, acceptance cards,
- Order of service booklets,
- Place cards, menus, seating plan,
- Thank you cards
We will manage the guest list. We can offer a reply service that provides a postal address, telephone number and email address for replies to your invitations. We can manage responses and any queries your guests may have. You will be informed on a regular basis of the progress of the list. Any personal messages will be sent directly to you. We will chase any outstanding RSVP’s and let you know final numbers three weeks before the wedding.
We can offer a guest concierge service that can include meeting your guests, organising travel transfers, booking accommodation, offering suggestions of dining and entertainment within the area.

A complete planning service including all of the above. We will also be on hand, if required, throughout your wedding day. This will include visiting the venue prior to the guests’ arrival to make sure everything is in place, liaising with any pre-booked suppliers and remaining on site as long as you require up to midnight.
